I stumbled upon CrossFit back in 2016 and quickly discovered it wasn’t just another fitness program. With no real background in strength or conditioning—aside from playing a racket sport—CrossFit came as a pleasant surprise. It just took care of itself: show up more days than you don’t, and you’ll look and feel fitter, healthier, and stronger in every way. What drew me in even more was the community—supportive, friendly, and full of people pushing each other to be better. I was hooked!
When I was first asked to be a coach, I didn’t think I was the right person for the role. I felt there were still so many things I needed to work on before I could help others. But I came to realize coaching isn’t about being perfect—it’s about guiding and equipping others to reach their goals. Someone saw potential in me, and that belief is what led me to coach today. Now, I strive to do the same: to recognize the potential in others and support them in unlocking it.
I’ve been coaching since 2018 and absolutely love it. I’m passionate about helping people become their best, healthiest, and fittest selves so they can live happy, active lives outside the gym. It brings me joy to see members hit new milestones, learn new skills, and grow in confidence. I hope my friendly nature—combined with a keen eye for detail and technique—can be a great companion to anyone on their fitness journey.
