I have been involved in the fitness industry since 2009 and I am always looking for new challenges and ways to help improve my knowledge. I was drawn to CrossFit by the unique methodology, the great team camaraderie it brings out in every group class and the amazing results people achieve both physically and mentally.
My years in the industry have provided the valuable opportunity to train a wide array of individuals, each with unique fitness levels and backgrounds. This has allowed me to shape CrossFit Feel Good into the positive and successful gym it is today. Our exceptional community, fostered by the members themselves, is the cornerstone of their collective success.

I have always played sports from a young age including representative golf and cricket, so being able to train with a group was just what I was looking for. All my sports at a young age led me into the fitness world where my passion grew through running Bootcamps and Personal Training, eventually leading me to find CrossFit.
There have been many turning points over the years, from enjoying the class environment when I was getting started to competing in CrossFit at a high level to now enjoying training once a day so I can be the best role model for my son.
I became a CrossFit trainer to devote myself to helping people achieve a superior fitness level and life through the implementation of the CrossFit methodology, sharing my passion for CrossFit with them, teaching new skills/movements and providing excellent service.
