Our CrossFit classes are aimed at improving your overall fitness level. To do this we focus on functional movements which are implemented in high intensity workouts. Every workout can be scaled and adjusted for all levels of ability & fitness.
Our CrossFit classes are group classes run over a 1 hour period consisting of a dynamic warm up, mobility, technique, strength, conditioning and cool down.
Every day the workout is different so the body will never adapt and as a result you will continue to see improvements and most of all keep you interested in your training!
