Weightlifting Classes

This class is designed for those who wish to improve strength and skills that are specific to the snatch and clean & jerk. The aim is to increase the efficiency, strength and confidence in these movements to develop an improved 1 rep max capacity in olympic lifting.

The class is aimed at attacking weaknesses which could be holding you back from progression in olympic lifts. Additionally we will also aim to improve barbell capacity which will improve your ability to move more weight, more efficiently, when these movements are part of a CrossFit class workout.
