After having Greaves Disease which broke down my muscle tone and then breaking my elbow I needed to do something to get my strength and stamina back. I tried pilates for a few months, enjoying it but not getting the results I wanted. I then started the beginners/fundamentals class.

I can highly recommend this class for anyone wanting to get fit and stay fit. I had trouble running 200 metres, I should say jog,  I wasn’t running. Now I look forward to the 800 metre run. My overall fitness and strength has improved beyond my expectations. Thanks Ben for pushing us even if we hate it at the time. The results are there because you push us to not give up and your encouragement always gets us past that last hump.
