– 3 x 45min sessions
– Movement assessment
– You will be coached through the main movements used in CrossFit so you will feel confident going into our classes
– We will discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and get you set up for success!


– Access to all classes for 1 week
– All fitness levels are welcome as you will see how each day’s workout is scaled to suit each person’s individual fitness level
– No previous CrossFit experience needed
