CrossFit Gym Classes
Our CrossFit gym classes in Hornsby are aimed to improve your overall fitness level. To do this we focus on functional movements which are implemented in high intensity workouts. Every workout can be scaled and adjusted for all levels of ability and fitness.
Our CrossFit classes are group classes run over a 1 hour period consisting of a dynamic warm up, mobility, technique, strength, conditioning and warm down.
Every day the workout is different so the body will never adapt and as a result you will continue to see improvements and most of all keep you interested in training.
