I started CrossFit in 2017 when I was looking for a way to get back into fitness after having my second child. It was only a matter of months until I achieved a lifelong goal of doing one strict pull-up and I’ve been continually amazed ever since at how CrossFit can deliver so many physical and mental health benefits.

As a mum of three, I understand the importance of balancing health and fitness with a busy lifestyle. I feel honoured to be able to help people achieve things they never thought possible, whether it’s trying something new or accomplishing one of those lifelong goals.
