  • I decided to take up CrossFit because I lost motivation training on my own and I was lacking inspiration in a mainstream gym.  I've now been doing CrossFit for 9 months and I'm the strongest and fittest I have ever been in my life.  I cannot believe the positive changes to my body and how much my strength has increased in such a short time.  I absolutely love the atmosphere and community vibe at CrossFit Feel Good, I always really look forward to going.  I've also learnt so many new skills including Olympic lifts and Gymnastics movements. I can't wait to see my progression in another 9 months. Erin, 28
