Weightlifting

This class is designed for those that wish to improve strength and skills that are specific to the snatch and clean & jerk. The aim is to increase your efficiency, strength and confidence in these movements which will carry over into CrossFit classes and improve your 1-rep-max capacity in olympic lifting.

The class is aimed at attacking weaknesses which could be holding you back from progression in the olympic lifts. Additionally we will also aim to improve barbell cycling capacity which will improve your ability to move more weight, more efficiently, when these movements are part of a CrossFit class workout.
