No specifics at this stage:
1. Just to continue training as hard and for as long as I can until baby arrives (February).
2. Then to resume training as soon after that as possible to lose all pre and post baby weight! Specifics can start then! (Probably mid April)
Trained to day before birth.
Have lost post- baby weight.
Today decided that yesterday was not good enough. Not the failing to match my pr, we have those days, but by how much it bugged me.
So I WILL DL 130 by end of year.
5 minute plank, next time we plank.
I would like to do everything and do it wel. I really want to be able to do a hand stand and a four minute plank would be great. Oh forgot pull ups but what I really want is to look great on my birthday end of October.

Ok – 2 goals achieved – Handstands about 10 days late and box jumps about 2 weeks early. Woot Woot – now to refine them. Double unders still eluding me most of the time.

Seeing as though they are in my WOD I better be able to do more than one at a time.
Mad May – 3000 KB swings over the month – think i’ll do these with a 16kg to see how the body goes then up it to 20kg July and then 24kg for September (not too mention the 9kg vest by then as well).

Captain….WTF. 100 kb swings a day even on a Sunday. If this is a typo and you want to correct it, fine. If not i’m not letting you get that fit without me.

Typo of sorts – have being advised to start on the 8kg for month one then the 12kg, 16kg etc for the next months going forward (note should read every second month – therefore allowing for your choice of madness between).
Got the pull up, three months late. Next goal: two in a row!
And also, continue to work towards that handstand pushup.

Guess I’d better get that to sub 9 by the end of July.
Speaking of goals by my birthday, how about 37 consecutive double unders, and let’s add a 50kg snatch to that time limit.
I may still be somewhat incoherent from Fran….
Oops! Ticked the snatch a few months early! So I’ll aim to add another 5 kilos to it by July (55kg snatch)
Also, Tommy tells me sub 9 Fran is not good enough for July, so let’s take a minute off and go under 8:20.

To row 2km three times a week from 1st July thru till the end of the year, that will be 156km. Easy pace only.
