Glen won the men’s “Freddie” 2010. What can be said about Glen that hasn’t been said about Taylor Swift, daintly hands, angelic voice, beautiful hair. Glen’s goal was pull ups he started with 5 and by the end of that same week he’d done 10 consecutive pull ups. Yesterday he said “Double unders are overrated!” now he;s got a reason to work on them. Glen was instrumental in getting the new box set up, he spent hours in there working on demolishing the place and then rebuilding our gym. He helped assemble the plyoboxes, put doxn flooring and build the “rustic” port rack. Thank you for your help and support Glen.
