After some debate, we did the Tues WOD on Mon, since it was the “most current” at the time.
Lifting area very crowded, so all weights in lbs (from the rack).
Shell 30, 35, 40, 50, 60.
Josie 30, 35, 40, 50, 60.
Dave 40, 50, 70, 80, 90. Technique a bit dodgy on the last two.
Cash out, all done in one set each.
